Daily Dose Of Spring

A little shot of Spring is all the photo I have for you today. Strangely, this has been one of those days that just seems to go on forever but I have accomplished a lot of nothing. I did a little knitting on my sock while I waited for Ms Thang to get out of school. I have a Tawashi about half way done. I'm stressing cuz I have to do the crochet border now. *insert look of horror* I hope I get that figured out.

Last night my boys saw about 6 deer out in the pasture across the street from our house. Skaterboy comes in and grabs the camera thinking he's gonna sneak up on em and get some pictures. Yeah, you guessed it....that didn't work out so well. Just as he was about to get close enough for a shot...they jumped the fence and ran off. Gotta give him credit for trying. lol I spent a little time today showing him the different settings on the camera so he will know how which one to use when he wants to take a photo. I can't get him interested in knitting so this is the next best thing.

Well, I'm off to see if I can crochet that border now....wish me luck.

Hugs!

Okay reading this post I have come to a descision. If you have not learned to crochet by our next snow fall (which is supposed to be tomorrow) I am going to come down and teach you. As horrible as it will be for me to leave this gray glacial paradise I will venture into a land of green grass, sunshine, and Mr Pibb, with no regard for myself, to teach you to crochet!

You can do the crochet, If I can knit then you can do it really, I have faith in you.....I am going outside in a few to see if I can find any REAL signs of spring, I did see a Robin the other day, ad the red wing black birds are here, and it is suppose to be about 60 on Sunday...Do you think I am hoping too much for no more snow??
Have a great day.......

Beautiful picture! I hope that's not Crab's Eye, though, which starts blooming in March..it's deadly if it is..one seed can kill an adult! Yikes!

Looks like you're in for a crochet lesson...giggles! Just grab your hook & yarn & go for it..it'll happen. :)

This is always my favorite time of year. I love the flowers blooming and the nice breezy weather.
